We have an exciting opportunity for an Edible Oil Refinery Supervisor in Salisbury, MD. The core responsibility for this role is to Supervise the Oil Refinery associates in the production and lab areas.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leads and manages the Oil Refinery production staff to include hiring, training and developing staff to meet the needs of the business
  • Leads and manages safety programs to ensure safe working conditions for all associates and compliance with all local, state and federal requirements
  • Supervises production operations to ensure maximum equipment and personnel utilization
  • Supervises the product quality to ensure customer requirements and specifications are attained
  • Perform other task as assigned


Minimum Education

  • Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, Biology or Engineering preferred OR equivalent experience

Experience Requirements

3 - 5 years experience.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

Able to move freely throughout AgriBusiness facilities to include climbing vertical heights (0 - 150'), exposure to extreme temperatures (0 - 100 degrees Fahrenheit), humidy (0 - 100%), noise (50db to 100db) hearing protection required) and chemicals (MSDS sheets available).
