Job Responsibilities:

In this role the Project Manager is responsible guiding Pixafy/erpCommerce™ projects from discovery through launch, and into support phases, managing the overall strategic roadmap and day-to-day management of a portfolio projects, and providing best-in-class experience to our erpCommerce™ customers.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, evaluate and document business needs and requirements and translate these into functional specifications, user stories, or wireframes
  • Provide weekly status reporting to ensure everyone included in the project has an understanding of major milestones, timelines, and whether assigned projects are on track to meeting expected delivery dates.
  • Create adhoc or snapshot reports to aid the business by providing information and working to define long term solutions where needed.
  • Work with Technical and QA resources to schedule production releases and ensure that appropriate business requirements are satisfactorily tested before deployment.
  • Work with business, technical, and user experience stakeholders to manage product suite development
  • Maintain proper lines of communication across entire project team.

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ experience working as a project manager in an eCommerce or Web environment.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms; Adobe Commerce/Magento Commerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.
  • Experience with eCommerce integrations – i.e., with ERP, OMS, WMS, CRM systems.
  • Direct experience with iPaas Solutions/Connectors (ie Boomi, Celigo, Jitterbit, etc.) a plus.
  • Experience operating in an Agile environment, writing user stories and functional requirements documents.
  • Ability to write test cases, train users and support rollouts at the clients office as required
  • Ability to work on numerous different assignments at one time with demonstrated follow through, attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, building and managing Sprint plans, scope of work, assessing resources, budgeting, risk management, scheduling and estimating.
  • Deep understanding of web UI/UX best practices and the ability to guide/direct clients on requirements-based approaches to effectively deliver their message and guide users through their website experience.
  • Basic working web development knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON.Basic understanding of Ajax, JQuery, and JavaScript.
