City Experiences is seeking a e-Commerce Brand Manager for our Marketing operation in the United States.

Salary Range $85,000 - $95,000

About You:

This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences’ RESPECT Service System.

About the Opportunity:

This role will be responsible for managing the City Experiences/City Cruise US website, with a main goal of increasing our conversion rates across the site. Think of this role as a conversion specialist, waking up every day thinking of ways to improve our transaction rate through our digital platforms by using data driven solutions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute day-to-day eCommerce strategy, setting up A/B and multi-variant tests, and building, scheduling, and deploying campaigns.
  • Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance and speed
  • Execute creative strategies to generate revenue on the website
  • Explore BIG ideas for change in how our site delivers experiences to our customers
  • Working with different business stakeholders, from Marketing to Product, to identify and action on conversion rate opportunities
  • Review competitors and innovate ways to engage guests on the site
  • Analyze various data points to form quality KPIs that will tell us what’s working best and what can be improved
  • Weekly reports on performance via dashboards and data driven tools
  • Build alignment across teams and cross-functional partners (technology, marketing, production, etc)
  • Perform regular website audits to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of website content, leveraging brand and SEO strategies
  • Work closely with UX designer and data analysts to create a synergized team that delivers turn key solutions to conversion
  • Additional job duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a digital role (Project/Product Manager, Digital Production, Web Optimization, Data Management, etc.)
  • Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.
  • Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimization.
  • Understanding and experience in UX, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Dreamweaver and Google Analytics
