CCRES is a non-profit industry leader working in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) provide the highest quality educational and behavioral health staffing services throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania.

SUMMARY:

• Location: West Chester Care Center
• Schedule: 260 day position, 7.5 paid hours per day
• 12 paid sick days for those working full schedule
• Pay-rate is $19.74 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To assist the Child Development Specialist in planning and executing early childhood activities for infants and toddlers
• Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with adults and children
• Assist the teacher in carrying out the duties of caring for children

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma. Willingness to obtain a child development associate (10 credits) within one year
• Previous experience working in a childcare/preschool setting preferred

(Clearances and TB current within 12 months)

• PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
• PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
• PA Department of Education FBI Use code 1KG6XN
• TB Screening
• Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
• Due to a federal mandate, proof of full Covid-19 vaccination is required for staff working in the Head Start program
• Due to a federal mandate, masks are required for staff working in the Head Start program, regardless of vaccination status
