Job Summary
The Northbrook Park District is hiring for an Early Childhood Instructor with a focus on art and nature to plan and lead programs for our young participants (Ages 3+). You’ll be able to use your love of working with children to create a nurturing environment that combines learning and fun!

Pay & Shift Information:*
$16.00+ per hour Depending on Experience
Monday through Friday

Duties & Responsibilities*
- Create, plan and instruct programs and activities that focus on socialization and age-appropriate developmental skills
- Supervise field trips and special classroom activities
- Provide customer service and communication to parents of children

Job Qualifications*
Degree from a four year college or university with course work in early childhood education preferred or comparable years of experience in teaching, along with a minimum of one (1) year of early childhood experience in a classroom setting. Must have the ability to be an effective, contributing member of a team. Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
