We’re looking for an Online Retail Specialist to join Hawaii Estate and Jewelry Buyers. We are a well-known jewelry brand that creates custom-made bridal pieces and Hawaii’s most prominent and growing estate jewelry buyers. These two companies focus on different aspects of the jewelry industry but work cohesively together daily. We are estate jewelry buyers who intend to resell our client’s pieces by reaching out to our network of investors willing to pay premiums for specialty and/or rare pieces. We are not a cash-for-gold facility. We understand how difficult it can be for our clients to sell items of value, both financially and emotionally, and therefore work hard to provide a warm and comforting environment.

What you’ll do:

• Own and grow our online sales and marketing through various platforms (IG, eBay, email, and phone inquiries).

• This includes taking and editing photos and managing social media and online postings.
• Communicate with potential buyers via social media and online platforms, answering questions and providing updates.
• Drive business growth through current sales and marketing processes while working toward strategizing ways to use online media platforms more efficiently and effectively.

Who we are looking for:

• We are looking for someone who is business-minded, organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy. Many tasks happen at once in this business so staying organized and keeping on top of things is critical.
• We need someone who understands that in a small business, everyone wears multiple hats and is happy to do so. We work together, help each other out, we’ve gotten to know each other very well—this is the kind of business we run.
• We need someone who knows and understands online media platforms and how to use them for e-commerce purposes.

• We do a lot of marketing through social media.
• We sell a lot online.
• We use our website and WordPress to get information out to clients.
• We’re heavy MAC users.
• We need someone who communicates well—many inquiries come via email, social media, and online platforms. This person will have to be able to manage all of them, respond quickly and professionally, and even if they don’t have the answer yet, communicates to the customer that they’re working on getting them an answer right away.
• We’re looking for someone who will grow with us and wants longevity and career growth in one place.

Where you’ll work:

• We have an office/workspace downtown.
• Monday-Friday 9 am-6 pm

Other notables:

• Current team: The Owner-Moshe and two full-time specialists. You will be our third full-time specialist.
• For the first three months (introductory period), you’ll learn about the business and dive right into owning our online media platforms. After the first three months of successful work, you’ll see a pay bump.
• With 3-6 months of successful work, you’ll have the chance to be a part of our commission structure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
