We are seeking a full time E-Commerce Marketing Specialist for Koehler-Bright Star LLC located in Hanover Township, Luzerne County, PA. Hours for the position are Monday through Friday; 8:00 am-4:30 pm.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily and routine activities to maintain e-commerce websites and to support the vision and strategy for achieving corporate sales goals. Coordinates digital assets and performs quality checks to maintain accurate product data. Uses marketing platforms to create and implement email campaigns for promotions and customer engagement. Tests new tools, technologies, and channels and uses SEO tools to optimize searching and responsiveness. Maintains visual appeal and compelling content of e-commerce website. Attainment of e-commerce sales targets, tracking site traffic, user behavior, and trends; reports and analyzes program effectiveness. Requires a bachelor's degree.

Skill and Experience:

• Responsible for managing the development and maintenance of online stores and also tasked with coming up with new marketing strategies based on the review of business analytics.
• Developing, monitoring, writing, and updating product content contained on eCommerce websites/portals.
• Cultivating standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings.
• Working with product management, sales, graphics, and other relevant departments and outside services to provide updated content to be shared across eCommerce platforms.
• Possessing a comprehensive understanding of account-specific SEO best practices and pricing policies.
• Having the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
• Possessing a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends.
• Using Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc) in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Solid analytical and computer skills, proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, Wordpress, WooCommerce, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Marketing/Business degree preferred.

Pay: From $48,950.00 per year
