Responsibilities:
Lead weekly release/change control meetings to prioritize and schedule maintenance events and releases
- Lead weekly release/change control meetings to prioritize and schedule maintenance events and releases
- Coordinate and execute maintenance and release activities on Drupal/Acquia platforms
- Create, update, and maintain Web operations technical assets, in physical or virtual infrastructure
- Create, configure, and maintain monitoring, alerting, and similar functionalities for conducting normal Web Team operations
- Engage with other Lutron teams and stakeholders to better understand the needs of the business and identify opportunities for improvement

- BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, or related discipline
- Min 2 years experience with Drupal/Acquia required

Proficiency with LANDO development environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead release process discussions (prioritization, scheduling, execution, testing)
- Technical expertise with hybrid cloud architectures (e.g. Amazon AWS, MS Azure), scripting tools and languages (Powershell, Python, bash)
- Proficiency with release automation tools (e.g. Github, Jenkins,Git, Artifactory)
- Proficiency with Agile development practices, including Scrum leadership skills
