As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member in upholding our service philosophy to provide the highest level of customer service. You are responsible for handling incoming calls and scheduling service calls to meet customer requirements. Specific Responsibilities:

You are responsible for handling incoming calls and scheduling service calls to meet customer requirements. Specific Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services
- Dispatch technicians to jobs
- Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
- This position is for afternoons and requires one Saturday or Sunday shift per week. Can be part-time or full-time
- Typical shift is 12:00pm to 8:00 pm or 3:00pm to 8:00pm
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum two years admin experience
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently
