This is a full time position 40 hrs. per week. Full Benefits are offered.

During Training 1-2 months schedule would be Mon - Friday 8am - 5pm

After Training Shift would be 8am-5pm 4 days during the week and Saturdays. (Saturdays would have the option to work from home)

You would have Sundays off and one additional day off during the week.

Pay is $18 - $22 per hour, plus quarterly bonus depending on experience.

The position consists of communicating with our customers, schedule a repair appointment and provide our customers with both a positive experience as well as a solution to their needs.

Attention to detail and being a great listener will play a huge role in this position. The ideal candidate should be strong in both customer service as well as being very comfortable communicating professionally over the phone. The position also consists of coordinating and communicating with other employees as well as being able to dispatch technicians to customers that are in need of our services. Must be proficient @ typing and using multiple computer programs.
