Dishwashers Report to the FOH Lead, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef
Qualifications:
Friendly, upbeat attitude, and the ability to multi-task. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required
- Maintaining a clean workspace
- Ensuring dishes are stored properly after being cleaned thoroughly
- Assisting with cleaning tasks in the kitchen
- Pursuing excellence by preparing utensils for future use and quick access
- Following all handbook rules and regulations
- Exemplifies the company?s core values
- Ensures optimum guest experience
- Holds team accountable for quality, consistency, and upkeep of sanitization standards as set forth by company and state regulations
- Practices an ownership mentality with an emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Maintains highest levels of quality & presentation
- Creates and maintains a welcoming environment by smiling and keeping a tidy workspace
- Restocks supplies when needed, and during slow operational hours
- Communicate any and all issues with food service or dining to a manager or lead
Safety:
- Ensures areas are free from hazards that would potentially injure staff or guests
- Addresses and immediately corrects any practices that lower safety standards
