Schedule:
Full-time: 8:30a.m. - 4:30p.m. Flexible days!
Part-time 4:00p.m. -7:30p.m. Flexible days!

Position Details: Support the culinary crew, washing dishes and learning the basics of kitchen prep.

Job responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Clean equipment and surfaces according to department procedures.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Remove trash and garbage to disposal areas and clean trash containers.
• Operate dish machine, compactor and garbage disposal.
• Wash dishes, carts, pans.
• Complete dish machine temperature log and cleaning list log.
• Assure safe and sanitary use of all cleaning agents.
