Director of Sales Operations Assistant Job at Tephra Solar
Position Overview
Oversees the onboarding of sales representatives into the organization as well as helps them through processes to become comfortable within the organization. Executive assistance - Sales Operations Director as well as other tasks that the executive team seems fitting to assign. Must be comfortable working with sales representatives, but also be flexible within responsibilities.
The job focus will be on core responsibilities, but also day to day needs as they arise. As part of core responsibilities applicant will manage ongoing hiring campaigns.
Most importantly, applicant must be willing to work in an exciting fast growing company through organized chaos outside of work hours.
