QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s Degree, Supervisory or Principal Certification; 5-7 years public teaching experience (including some/all in Special Education) or 5-7 years in a public school Educational Specialist role (ie. school psychologist, school counselor, social worker, etc.); At least five years of experience in an administrative or supervisory capacity in the field of public education.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The Director of Pupil Services will coordinate services provided to students district-wide for all school-aged children in grades kindergarten through 12, including those being educated in non-public schools, hospitalization programs, and other outside agencies. Programs include health services, counseling services, school psychological services, speech and language services, occupational therapy services, physical therapy services, school social work services, home/school visitor services, child accounting services, homeless and migrant student services, gifted education services, special education services, Section 504 services, homebound services, and Student Assistance Program services. The Director will be responsible for providing ongoing professional learning, individual coaching/support, collaborative team support, large group training for professional and support staff members, as well as serve as a liaison to our community.
