Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic-minded Director of Operations to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our medical group. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the administrative, financial, and operational aspects of our organization. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective operational strategies to enhance overall performance and efficiency.
• Oversee the management of various departments, including administration, finance, human resources, and facilities.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate the success of operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize workflow processes and ensure seamless operations across all functions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and drive operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
• Monitor and manage the budget, including financial forecasting, expense control, and revenue optimization.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing operations team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry, preferably in a multi-specialty medical group setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive strategic initiatives.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in healthcare software and technology platforms.
• Familiarity with New Braunfels healthcare landscape and local regulations is a plus.
