Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operation to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, and maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will play a critical role in optimizing our operational processes and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory, quality, and clinical, to ensure timely completion of project milestones
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established targets
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively communicate project status to key stakeholders
• Continuously evaluate and optimize operational processes to drive efficiency and quality improvements
• Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability across the organization
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in operations/project management, preferably in the medical device industry
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on-time and within budget
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrixed organization
• Experience with surgical robotics or other medical device development is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proven track record of continuous improvement and process optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
