You begin each day by greeting guests and associates as you walk through the restaurant, banquet, side bar and club lounge looking for anything that needs attention or is out of place. Each day you maximize the financial performance of the hotel by providing the highest quality guest service and product by fostering a positive work environment for all employees and by developing and implementing plans to ensure the food and beverage department is successful.
WHO YOU ARE
You have a passion for excellence, expertise in food and beverage operations and proven successful leadership experience. With your high level of energy, and depth of beverage knowledge you are able to motivate your team to deliver consistent results. You are highly flexible in a constantly changing operating environment and are comfortable being the face of the hotel with both internal and external guests. Your communication skills are outstanding; your written and spoken communication is thorough, concise and considerate of the audience. You inspire associates to build memorable experiences and make emotional connections. You are very visible in the operation, providing personal recognition, promoting good public relations and handling complaints, concerns or special requests for guests. You may even conduct a wine tasting or cocktail class depending on your skill set and passion.
