This role will be responsible for the Director of Facilities function on a portfolio consisting of 13,000 apartment units all located in California. Must be a strong motivator and leader for their team members, possess solid communication skills, and have a proven track record of overseeing multiple properties and maintaining strong client/resident relationships.
Package:
$120000 + $140000 + package
The Company:

Its focus is to expand its portfolio of proven and well-located properties including multi-family, industrial, retail, commercial, for-sale and congregate care through acquisition and development while providing stable cash flow to its partners and outside investors.
The Candidate:
- Ideally you will have certifications in MEP
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification (GED) in addition to related/required experience.
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in multi-family property maintenance management with knowledge of standard industry practices in property management.
- 4+ years of director/management experience.
- Prior experience with federal and state housing programs including compliance regulations
- Knowledge of laws, standards, and codes that apply to property management and specifically HUD properties.
- Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
