Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sophisticated forecasting logic and models to accurately predict demand across multiple warehouses and product lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Optimize inventory levels to maximize revenue, minimize stock-outs, and reduce excess inventory.
  • Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and products.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices in demand planning and supply chain management.
  • Oversee and mentor our Inventory Planning & Pricing Manager, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
  • Provide regular reporting on supply chain performance, risks, and opportunities to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in the HVAC or ecommerce industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing sophisticated forecasting logic for multiple warehouses.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong experience using business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes and driving improvements in key performance indicators.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience, with a focus on developing talent and promoting a culture of excellence.
