Ingenuity Prep prepares PreK through 8th grade students in Ward 8 to succeed in college and beyond as impactful civic leaders. Our innovative instructional model promotes small group learning for students, collaborative teaching teams, and robust coaching and professional development opportunities for teachers. We are looking for an outstanding Director of Data and Enrollment to create and execute a robust enrollment strategy including new and returning students. The Director of Data and Enrollment will oversee partnership and collaborate with an external data service provider to ensure that instructional leaders have access to the tools they need to monitor student outcomes and drive student growth. As part of overseeing the management of our systems with an external partner, the Director will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure varying systems needs across grades and academies are met. An ideal candidate for this role is an independent problem-solver with a growth mindset, exceptionally detail-oriented, and thrives in collaborative work environments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Director of Data and Enrollment will:

  • Collaborate with the Chief Financial & Operating Officer to ensure that the Data and Enrollment Team meets/exceeds annual goals and executes on key action steps
  • Collaborate with Academy Leaders to ensure Ingenuity Prep meets attendance, enrollment and recruitment goals
  • Create and execute action plans for new student enrollment & re-enrolling student with the support of an enrollment team including:
  • Developing open house strategy
  • Creating and maintaining newsletter for families of new students
  • Crafting and executing an annual re-enrollment plan
  • Manage and develop the Student Records and Enrollment Manager
  • Collaborate with EdOps who manages the organization’s student information system including:
  • Coordinating with Academy Leaders & EdOps to ensure accurate student demographic information, rosters, schedules and gradebook
  • Ensuring that student progress reports, report cards are executed accurately and in accordance with the school calendar
  • Managing stakeholder requests in Tableau with EdOps
  • Managing the customizations of Infinite Campus to serve academy needs
  • Ensure Ingenuity Prep meets all reporting requirements of external stakeholders and authorizing bodies (e.g., OSSE, PCSB, DOE, etc) with EdOps
  • Coordinate with EdOps to maintain school-wide and academy level dashboards to support goals and priorities, including:
  • Ensuring that Infinite Campus and data warehouse are being managed and data is stored as necessary to report out on goals and/or meet stakeholder needs
  • Analyze, interpret and share data with teachers and leaders
  • Develop systems and best practices to ensure that student records are accurate, up-to-date and secure
  • Develop strategy for accurately tracking attendance and discipline data, and support schoolwide efforts to meet annual attendance goals
  • Other duties as assigned.
