As the Regional Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability by identifying and developing new business opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and creating and implementing strategic plans. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of talented professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth targets
• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and joint ventures
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Lead the development and implementation of marketing and sales initiatives
• Prepare and submit CONs (Certificate of Need)
• Launch new facilities, including Urgent Care Centers, Hospitals, and multi-specialty Physician Practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in healthcare business development
• Prior acute care experience is required
• Experience submitting CONs (Certificate of Need)
• Experience launching new facilities including Urgent Care Centers, Hospitals, and multi-specialty Physician Practices.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of driving growth and profitability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
