As the Director, Adobe Campaign Managed Cloud, you will be responsible for running, optimizing, and growing the Experience Optimization functions within the ACMC team. This role is a global role spanning our Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day operations of teams with ACMC – including Transition Management, Technical Consulting, and Deliverability
Ensure the success of the ACMC portfolio of customers through consistent examination and oversight of account activities and health
Set and measure customer success and performance targets for the teams
Assist team members with the resolution of customer issues and blockers and help ground the team in established Managed Services standard methodologies
Partner with the Senior Leaders of MSIO and MSE to ensure rapid identification and execution of optimization and growth opportunities and work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to build and prioritize the ACMC product roadmap
Support ACMC sales opportunities as needed What You Need to Succeed
Extensive experience leading global teams
Ability to partner with leaders from other teams within Adobe
Prior Managed Services leadership experience
Proven understanding of the Adobe Managed Services ecosystem leadership and operating structures
Ability to interact and communicate for impact with Adobe sales leaders
Strong, pragmatic, compassionate leader who is adaptive, and proficient in influencing and working across teams/organizations
