As a Direct Service Provider (DSP) you will support individuals with developmental disabilities with daily living activities to maximize their ability to be as independent as possible. In this role, you will work to implement individualized support plans, promote the wellbeing of our clients, and provide training, coaching, and assistance to clients in all areas of their lives. Additionally, you can expect to assist with transporting clients, providing personal care needs, completing and maintaining reports, assisting in meal preparation, and other housekeeping tasks.

The Residential Program is a 24/7 program and offers varied shifts in varied locations throughout St. Charles County.

The Respite Care Home is a 24/7 program located in St. Charles and offers varied days throughout the week with one weekend a month.

The Respite Center is a weekend only program located in O'Fallon working with children. ***You must have experience to work in this program

The SOAR Program is a Mon-Fri program part-time working with teens with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in an after school recreation setting. **Can be 17yrs to work in the program.

Pay Rate:

  • $18/hr Mon-Fri with a $3/hr differential when you work the weekend

Position Requirements:

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must meet prerequisites for employment, which includes:
  • Criminal Background Check
  • Family Care Safety Registry Check
  • Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Check, Proof of Insurance. Must be able to drive a car and/or van.
