Our client, a phenomenal member of the Louisville manufacturing community, is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager with a strong background in talent acquisition looking for an opportunity for growth and upward mobility. They are seeking an individual with at least a Bachelor's Degree in a field related to HR and is certified with their PHR or SHRM-CP.

We ask for this client that the right candidate have at least 5 years of manufacturing HR experience as well as experience growing direct reports as this position will have supervisory requirements.
