Come join our team as a Digital Press Operator! As an operator you are responsible for the operation of the HP Indigo Press Technology utilized in production in the Web-to-Print ® Division. As an operator you must be responsive to customer needs. And are expected to operate the machine at the highest efficiency possible while following standard operating procedures and work instructions to produce high quality products.
SCHEDULE AND PAY:
- $20.50-$21.50 per hour
- The shift differential for 3rd shift is $2.00 more per hour
- 3rd shift hours are 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m., Sunday, 12:00 a.m.-6:00 a.m., Monday - Thursday
- Work 36 hours but gets paid for 40!
- Overtime after 36 hours for all overtime!
What will I do in this role?
- Responsible to follow all safety procedures as required by the role, and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements.
- Responsible for complying with and following all standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Maintain quality, productivity and waste according to set standards.
- Perform all job tasks utilizing required personal protective equipment and correct safety procedures.
- Web the press.
- Clean the press.
- Perform routine press maintenance.
- Understand and properly utilize HP DFE Software.
- May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

What are the qualifications?
- Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school.
- Ability to effectively navigate and operate a computer.
- Knowledge of and ability to utilize the English language fluently.
- Math skills such as the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, decimals and fractions.
- Regular attendance is required. May be required to work some overtime.
