The Digital Marketing Strategist role is responsible for all aspects of the organization’s digital/online marketing initiatives and communications. This position analyzes data, processes and digital communication channels to develop, implement and optimize strategies that keep Arrowhead top-of-mind and generate leads.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Providing excellent service.

• Managing Arrowhead's website and other digital platforms owned by the Credit Union.

• Planning, developing and executing all digital marketing programs, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media and display advertising.

• Working with service partners to increase Arrowhead's visibility to build awareness in new markets.

• Designing, developing, building and maintaining social media strategies.

• Recommending and assisting with creation of content on website and social media to increase effective user experiences (UX).
