As a [Digital] Marketing Manager, you have the opportunity to plan, create, measure and optimize the company's digital marketing efforts. You will create emails and landing pages, manage digital advertising campaigns, enhance SEO, and handle content updates for multiple websites and social channels, all targeted at generating actionable sales leads for various business units. The Digital Marketing Manager will also be responsible for handling HubSpot administrative tasks and integration across all owned digital platforms, as well as liaising with RevOps and other departments on integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute marketing campaign components - design and build emails, marketing flows, triggers, landing pages, forms, etc.
  • Integrate marketing automation tools on website, blog platform, landing pages, forms, social media, and other owned platforms, as well as paid media
  • Understand and evaluate digital metrics; distribute campaign performance including revenue attribution and other KPIs
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to improve marketing assets and campaign performance
  • Perform data cleansing with database and ensure compliance with CANSPAM and other regulations
  • Conduct research and utilize third-party databases to identify potential leads
  • Maintain CMS-based websites
  • Project manage website development projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns
  • Manage external vendor projects and relationships where appropriate
  • Managing specific Search, Display, Paid Social campaigns
  • Collaborate and iterate with Sales to ensure conversion and follow up on MQLs, ensuring that workflows between sales and marketing are executed in a consistent, coordinated fashion

Skill Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
  • HubSpot experience, preferably with certifications in HubSpot Marketing Software, Email Marketing, SEO, Digital Marketing and/or Inbound Marketing Automation.
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms (content management systems)
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Skills in analyzing data, reporting metrics, and communicating key results
  • Team player, willing to work collaboratively/cross functionally
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A passion for creating innovative digital marketing solutions
  • Lifelong learner and innate sense of curiosity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Four-year degree in marketing
  • Healthcare experience a plus, but not required
