The Role


Mission:

The Digital Marketing Manager will promote and support the web shop sales channel to known and unknown customers with the goal of helping to increase traffic to the web shop. You will also support our Global E-Commerce team and give feedback on optimization of our web shop to make it easier for the visitor of the web shop to buy the right spare part(s) for their machine(s).


Roles and Responsibilities:


You will be responsible for:

  • E-Comm platform ownership for USA and Canada
  • Project management, campaigns/customer outreach and engagement, solving problems, optimizing site, managing local platform and driving revenue growth with focus areas in dealer/partner campaigns and end user/customer campaigns
  • Performing keyword research (with our local and global marketing agencies) to understand search volume and opportunities for our business. Accordingly, you will define actions to be taken to improve performance of our shop.
  • Driving local SEO and SEA projects, in close collaboration with our Global E-Commerce team
  • Marketing automation (in the future) for inbound magnet style communication to our customers.
  • Running local campaigns to promote our products to your audience (email, paid advertising on social media etc.)
  • Analyzing the traffic and performance of your local web shop and you define actions that are needed to optimize
  • Helping our current customers with their questions (non-technical questions) about the platform.
  • Managing the chatbot on the e-commerce to help potential customers with their purchase during the sales process together with customer service team.
  • Learning what the frictions are and find solutions to improve customer experience – and adapt our process accordingly in close collaboration with the Global E-Commerce team for (technical) support when needed.
  • Organizing digital marketing material by working together with service team and external vendors
  • Helping us to rank higher in Search engines for our most important spare parts categories
  • Partnering with our customers in their journey with their Atlas Copco machine by providing tips, tricks and relevant content on how and when to maintain their machine and optimizing the lifecycle of their machine.
