RESPONSIBILITIES OF A DIETARY DIRECTOR:
Directs and oversees food services for patients in a healthcare environment.
Develops, manages, and maintains food service policies and procedures in accordance with administrative directives and professional standards.
Oversees equipment maintenance, record keeping and all sanitation activities.
Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
Any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS OF A DIETARY DIRECTOR:
Must be vaccinated/willing to vaccinate or have medical/religious exemptions.
Experience preferred.
