- Lead project activities across cross functional teams.
- Deep understanding of various manufacturing methods
- Ability to review and address gaps in legacy components and I. Ps / Drawings created prior to the implementation/release of the work instruction to identify essential design outputs in specification
- Experience in retrospective review of historical data (complaints, CAPAs, non-conformance)
- Experience in use risk-based approach to perform the gap analysis
- Preparing remediate plans to close the gaps based on the outcome of the gap analysis,
- Review inspection plans
- Compare current drawings/specification to inspection plan for adequacy, clarity and accuracy, update as needed
- Remediate all high-risk components identified from the retrospective review
- Evaluate inspection plans against the drawings
- Updated documents, Ips / Drawings as needed and completed QP
- Responsible for achieving cost management and benefits realization related to the project
- Experience in medical device manufacturing requirements for product or process change management is preferred.
