The Treatment Plan/ Financial Coordinator is responsible for promoting practice growth through effectively implementing administrative procedures and a positive, professional presentation as a member of The PearlyWhites Dental Team. This position will project the positive, friendly atmosphere of our practice by welcoming all patients in a cheerful and professional manner to close and sell dental cases from fillings/ EXT/ Dental Implants to Orthodontic Cases. Explaining in details the treatment needed and answering any questions may have before booking their appointment.

Idea candidate:

- Previous sales experience

· Punctual & dependable

· Great communication & customer service

· Sales oriented and direct knowledge and background in dentistry

· Patient's advocate, must be able to assist patient's overcome financial and emotional obstacles to ensure case acceptance

· Team player

· Outreach to patients who show interest in becoming our patient through social media.

· Responsible for all pre-d denials and reaching out with financial options

· Selling and closing cases patients regardless of insurance status

Bilingual: Spanish would be a PLUS!
