Job Purpose: The Dental Sterilization Technician is responsible to provide continuity and consistency in the dental instrument sterilization process and manage a comprehensive inventory system for dental instruments. As well as assist dental providers and dental assistants in cleaning soiled operatories when appropriate.
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to maintain and track inventory of all supplies and instruments.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Must possess strong computer, office equipment and filing skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
• Commitment to accuracy, efficiency and professionalism is a must.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Must provide proof of completed COVID vaccines and booster.

Special Qualifications: Must be sensitive to the needs of the Native American Community, which includes their culture traditions, and background.
