Dental front desk/ assistant Job at Dental Clinic Kent
Family dental clinic located in Kent is looking for a full-time front desk receptionist/ dental assistant. You should be familiar with dental office front desk workflow including check-in & check-out of patients, accepting payments, scheduling and insurance verifications. Willing to train new dental assistant for front desk if employee has right attitude and willingness to learn. Friendly staff and modern dental office.
Ideal candidate is sincere, loyal, hardworking and willing to grow with the office. Employee should be punctual and reliable!
Skills
- Proven work experience as Dental Assistant or similar front desk role
- Proficiency in basic computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with dental patient management software like Dentrix, Eaglesoft or Open Dental preferred.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
