Do you enjoy studying data and digging for information? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments? Research analyst positions are available to join a successful and young real estate team. This is not a short term or temporary position and the ideal team member will become part of the group long term. Real estate experience is not required. We will train all core responsibilities and work will be specialized and repetitive so easy to master.
Core Responsibilities:
- Compile and personally verify data from across the country to proactively track ownership, availability, and sale of commercial properties
- Grow an accurate and complete database of commercial real estate inventory, conducting multiple daily interviews to brokers, developers, investors, and other real estate professionals to obtain real-time property and transaction data
- Effectively maintain and build mutually beneficial relationships with clients
- Investigate new property leads, SEC filings, news articles, and tax records
- Dissect trends and collaborate with senior partners to verify data that will help tell the story of a specific market
Requirements:
- Must be extremely proficient with computers and software including Microsoft Outlook and Excel, as well as having the ability to adapt in a very fast paced environment.
- Must be organized, detail oriented, and on point.
- Passion for research and mastering repetitive data.
- Hard working, dependable, and highly ethical.
