E-Express Inc. is looking for a Corporate Office Assistant

We are in the convenience store/food industry with 8 locations around the Oklahoma City Metro, Edmond, Choctaw and Okemah - this specific location is at our main office in Oklahoma City.

We are looking for a receptionist to help assist in our main office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage one’s own productivity once fully trained.
  • Greet customers, management and employees
  • Maintain communication with office assistants and management
  • JOB DUTIES:
  • data entry and invoices
  • Handle multi-line phones by screening, answering and transferring calls and voicemails, texts, and emails
  • Sort and distribute daily mail and packages
  • Fulfill store supply requests from Management
  • Fulfill employee uniform orders
  • Scan/copy/fax paperwork.
  • Maintain overall appearance of office, tidy office/conference rooms
  • Record keeping
  • All other duties assigned by Office Management

Must have excellent communication, computer skills, and organization - Bilingual.
