Data Entry Job at Freight Pro Transport, LLC
Freight Pro Transport is looking for an entry level customer service support clerk with experience in the transportation industry to handle the following tasks:
*Please note - This job will not start until January of 2023
Customer Service-
Answering all customer service email requests/updates in regards to driver information, truck/trailer information and tracking updates
Entry of all loads-
Entering all inbound/outbound loads that are booked on a daily basis and any future loads that are received
This person must possess the following:
Excellent phone etiquette
Great customer service skills
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
Will be on call one night of the week after hours that is required
Job Type: Full-time
