Well established and growing company is looking for a Data Entry for its East Dundee facility. Strong candidates possess strong knowledge of computers, is detail oriented and has customer service experience.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment Monday through Friday days.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for high volume, daily, accurate processing of invoices, credits and payments
• Responsible for organizing and filing invoices
• Provide excellent and professional customer service
• Communicating effectively with the Sales team
• Cover phone and reception as needed
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Compassion for our animals, customers, and employees
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Accounts receivable experience
• Data Entry experience a plus
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
• High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including outlook
