A large financial institution in Malvern is seeking a Data Entry Associate for their financial reporting team!

This is a HYBRID job opportunity in which you will work onsite two days per week

Candidates must live local to Malvern, PA

Job Details for the Data Entry Associate:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30pm, must be able to work one weekend day per month
  • Pay Rate: $18.50/hr

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Data Entry Associate:

  • Utilize Microsoft Word to create, edit and review documents for the production of financial statements
  • Revise documents utilizing Word or Adobe as requested from accountant, manager, auditor or client
  • Review documents for consistency of language in financial statements and accompanying notes
  • Proofread all completed documents to ensure accuracy including spelling, grammar, punctuation and format
  • Accurately convert Excel tables into Word tables

Job Requirements for the Data Entry Associate:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically in Word and Excel
  • Experience in a data entry role is a plus
  • Minimum of 60 wpm
  • Proven proofreading skills
