Data Analyst

SHIFT: Full-Time, Days

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering data, creating reports and providing analysis to support organizational KPIs. The candidate will have strong data and analytical skills, an eagerness to learn and experience creating useful reports and delivering insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and manipulate it
• Create and run reports that meet leadership requirements
• Use business acumen to interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and deliver insights in a simple, organized manner.
• Identify data automation projects and work with internal team to implement them

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years working with data preferably in a healthcare environment
• Excel power user with advanced knowledge. Experience with Power Query, VBA and macros are a plus
• Experience with SQL, PowerBI and Microsoft SSRS is very helpful
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management and organizational skills
