Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

INITIATION

  • Assist Project Manager to provide key inputs, develop, publish, and monitor initial project timeline
  • Consult with project managers and technical experts to monitor assignments, tasks, and subtasks
  • Provide key inputs, develop, publish, and monitor project communication plan
  • Review and update project workbook for Project Manager Approval
  • Coordinate assignment and scheduling of project team
  • Monitor and report on milestone critical path

EXECUTION

  • Monitor and keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines
  • Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and stakeholders
  • Hold project team accountable to project timeline, providing an initial review for questions and completeness.
  • Edit and discuss discrepancies of deliverables as needed with the PM/PMO
  • Evaluating performance and preparing project status reports, steering committee reports and provide appropriate input on ad hoc presentations
  • Review dashboards and associate priority task progress, provide internal updates and escalate issues to the Project Manager
  • Review project time entries and client invoicing
  • Maintain Project Status Board
  • Monitor Client AR

OPERATION

  • Assist with coordinating Level Two Support
  • Provide input and update Azure DevOps
  • Prepare and transition project to support team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business-related field
    • College seniors or graduate students will be considered for internships
    • Can be a combination of education, training, certifications, and relevant experience including military service
    • Project Management experience, PMI Certifications including Scrum or Agile considered a plus
  • Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing and solving problems
  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); D365 FSCN experience a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
  • Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
