Shift Availability: Second Shift 4 Day Work Week 2:45pm to 1:15am

The Ideal Candidate will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and be trained. Candidates should expect the opportunity to earn Overtime Pay at rate of 1.5.

Operating Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and experience and/or training in a manufacturing environment.
• One to two years of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred. Experience operating a forklift is a plus.
• Demonstrated performance and self-motivation to assume greater responsibility and work output to achieve results.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers, and the ability to convey a positive and professional image of service and support to employees at all levels of responsibility in the Company.
• Ability to read English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedures, manuals and order specifications.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio and percentages.
• Ability to read a ruler to 1/16th of an inch.
• Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

• Mechanical and spatial aptitude.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and quality.
• Enthusiasm, dedication, reliability and punctuality required.
• Ability to move from task/assignment to another on short notice.
