Republic Pharmaceuticals in Ann Arbor, MI is looking for one customer care representative to join our 25 person strong team. We are located on 5840 Interface Drive, Suite 200. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, engaged and naturally eager to offer courtesy to those in need. Republic Pharmaceuticals is looking for a candidate that understands the importance of the customer care role and we will give you the necessary training to apply that role to the pharmaceutical Industry. Republic Pharmaceuticals distributes wholesale Rx items throughout the U.S. in a timely fashion so that patients may received the health care they need as promptly as possible.

Responsibilities

*Promptly and courteously handle incoming calls and chats from current and prospective pharmacies *Maintain records of client history: Interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, comments and plans of action *Process and bill orders received by email and website *Maintain accurate and detailed records and database entries *Set up new customer accounts *Handle returns from customers through FedEx *Act as a liaison between various departments *Observe safety, security and regulatory procedures *Maintain compliance with all company policies, plans and procedures *Update licenses and payment forms for active accounts

Qualifications

*2 years customer service experience (min) required *1 year customer service phone experience required *Able to use basic skills with excel *Must be fluent with Microsoft 10 or 11 OS *Typing skills required

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $17.00 - $18.00/hour.
