Customer Support Associate (Part-Time)

A Customer Support Associate plays an essential role in building a foundational knowledge at Foley Services in order to maintain client records and ensure customer requests are handled quickly and effectively. Foley allows you to proactively manage your career, supported by excellent online learning technology and the ability to be promoted into other positions quickly.

This position has a REMOTE option - candidates residing in NH, NE, NC, SC, GA, FL, TX, IN, PA & TN welcome to apply!

All candidates residing in CT or MA will be required to work at our office in downtown Hartford.

What are the essential functions of a Customer Support Associate?

  • Enter and verify client data in various systems with attention to detail to maintain accurate, up-to-date records
  • Make outbound calls to conduct employment verification procedures within company and federal guidelines
  • Gather driver information to complete DOT compliance regulation tasks
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner to deliver a positive customer experience
  • Utilize multiple systems with speed and accuracy to execute compliance services
  • Ensure prompt and effective processing of client requests by maintaining knowledge of Foley’s services and industry compliance requirements
  • Research client issues and provide effective resolution within guidelines established by department policies and relevant government regulations
  • Protect company and client information in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Able to work within the business hours of 8:00am – 8:00pm EST, Monday – Friday
  • Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Phone based customer experience preferred
