Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success and applying them to improve service delivery.
• Review or make changes to customer accounts
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Identify new prospects within new and current customers
• Escalate queries or quotes when needed
• Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Review and select standard responses for answers or solutions
• Manage data in Salesforce.com (CRM)
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Providing feedback to internal teams on product or service improvements based on customer feedback

• High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
