Customer Success Manager – Institutions & Reseller, Brazil Job at VitalSource

VitalSource®,is hiring a Customer Success Manager to contribute to our Customer Success team located in United States or Mexico with remote capability.

Works as part of a team to support day-to-day management and support of customers (Institution/Publisher/Reseller), post-sale, within an assigned book of customers. Ensures that all customer needs are met to include; account management, revenue retention or customer content delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or directly related year-for-year experience
  • 2 years account management, customer success, or project management experience
  • Proficient in English and Portuguese

Preferred Skills:

  • Comfortable speaking and presenting to and in front of clients at all levels, including C-Suite
  • Experience owning analysis and developing recommendation
  • Experience managing projects through satisfactory completion
  • Experience with complex business models
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ownership mentality
  • Comfortable with solution selling across multiple product lines
  • Experience within ed-tech preferred but not essential.
  • Experience working in a CRM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the central day-to-day point of communication between customers and VitalSource; communicate and advocate customer needs to internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate resources within VitalSource as appropriate to meet the customer’s needs; work productively across functions with all internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Product and Development
  • Evaluate and monitor the overall health and happiness of the customer, and share meaningful information and customer insights with internal stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
