Day Shift Position:

Our Day Shift associates are responsible for greeting the guests, helping answer questions about our menu items, assists guests in making food and beverage selections, taking and inputting orders,,mixing wings/boneless, boxing and bagging orders, processes payments, and assist fellow team members to ensure overall guest satisfaction. We also teach some light cooking skills to be able to help in all areas of the restaurant.

Job Details

* Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking, delivery and clearing of any food and/or beverage items(During Dine in Situations. Not available currently)

We do all the prepping for the shift, including cutting/rolling celery, pouring bleu cheese/ranch, getting all the set up needed for the entire day.

* Greets the guests in a genuine, friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness

* Takes the order and inputs the order into the Point of Sale computer to inform the kitchen of the details of the order.

* Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service

* Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests

Requirements

Required experience:

* No experience needed, must be outgoing and positive, must be able to work in a team-oriented environment. Have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor

* Ability to stand, walk for prolonged periods of time. Lifting of 25 lbs.(A case of celery, a case of wings, a trash bag.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour
