We are seeking customer service driven individuals to assist our members calling in to inquire about parts sales and converting inquiries into parts orders. You will also offer parts solutions to members.
This role will demonstrate customer-focused selling, communications and handling objection skills. You will take full ownership of the call, convert inquiries into sales, and then recommend related, add-on or promotional merchandise to increase profitable revenue.
You will use skills and resources to provide professional, courteous and efficient customer service to all members. Demonstrate effective customer-focused selling, communications, and handling objection skills.
