Feldman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an individual to join our Business Development Team to strive on being a team player by using your strengths, clearly understanding your role, being positive and willing to work hard!
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Respond quickly to internet leads.
- 100+ Calls/Emails per day.
- Provide customers with initial product information & set sales appointments for the dealership.
- Follow up with all customers who have not yet purchased.
- Call for Appointment reminders, Missed appointments.
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- Overcome customer objections to set sales appointments.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
- Self-motivated goal and team oriented
- Ability to hit daily and monthly goals
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Recommended Experience:
- Superior Communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong email and phone presence necessary
- Outstanding organizational skills
Required education:
- High school or equivalent
Must be available:
5-6 days per week 40-50 hours per week
- Monday 8:30am-9pm
- Tuesday 8:30am-6pm
- Wednesday 8:30am-6pm
- Thursday 8:30am-9pm
- Friday 8:30am-6pm
- Saturday 9:30am- 4pm
