Lemon Events is searching for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX.
The Customer Service Representative is the main point of contact for our customers. They will deliver professional, helpful, and high quality service to meet the needs of the customer.
Our Customer Service Representative’s work with client’s customers directly, therefore they will be expected to hold a high level of professional customer service towards customers and clients as well as have excellent communication skills.
Daily Responsibilities include:
- Provide customers with courteous and efficient service
- Provide thorough responses to questions
- Handle complaints in a professional manner
- Answer any questions the customer may have
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information
- Provide quality service and support
- Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company
- Speak with many customers daily basis
- Greet every customer in a friendly manner
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Flexible schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent
