Position Summary

Responds to patient inquiries via telephone and email. Determines the best method for problem resolution meeting patient need and organizational guidelines. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED. No experience required.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and medical coding preferred.

  • Ability to type 30+ words per minute.

  • Requires working knowledge of computers.
